It is most important that you go to the meeting point of your arrival terminal. We already asked for your mobile number: please turn this on as soon as possible after landing.
If you are having trouble locating the driver kindly ring the emergency number we provided (check email) around 20 hours before the service.
Do not go outside the terminal and please pay attention to any (probably fake) driver that will not have a sign with your reservation name on it.
At FCO Airport Terminal 3, the meeting point is located close to the sliding doors of the Custom Area Exit: it's impossible to miss it and for any inconvenience, you may call the phone number provided by the booking Office to facilitate the pick-up procedure. WE ACCEPT ONLY RESERVATIONS THROUGH THE BOOKING ENGINE up to 16 hours prior travelling: this will give us time to coordinate our daily operations with the maximum efficiency. We do require your credit card details only to confirm the transfer: we will never debit the card unless specifically asked by our clients, for example a prepayment for the requested service. In case of no-show without any communication from you, the provider may charge the amount of the service.
Yes, but on request: we have to arrange a credit card payment procedure by Paypal® to you or assign a car with POS to your reservation. Please note that any Credit Card Payment are extra fee subject, more information on the Conditions Page.
Yes, a supplement of 10 Euro will apply for services provided between 22:00 and 06:00.

Normally the Driver require the payment of the arrival transfer plus a deposit rounded to a 30% of the fee of the second (with the special included), once arrived the first day. During particular events, the full "Round Trip" may be requested (subject to a driver decision): in any case take care the receipt of the amount you paid to avoid any confusion on the second transfer.
Only fully optioned and fully licensed vehicles : the top sedan is the Mercedes E class witch can sit up to 3 passengers with 3 luggage and 3 handbags. Services for groups are operated with Mercedes and Opel minivans and vans.
