The bus service from Cotral, connects the airport to the Termini Station and Tiburtina with eight trips a day.
The earliest buses are : from Fiumicino Int. at 01:15 AM, from Tiburtina is 00:30 AM.
The train called "Leonardo Express" will take you into Termini train station in central Rome in 40 minutes. The fare is euro 14 per person : it departs every 30 minutes from the airport, with no intermediate stops.
Train hours: from Fiumicino airport, it starts at 06:36 and the last train is at 23:36 while from Termini train station it stars at 05:52 while the last journey would be at 22:52 , you could then consult Atac-Roma to find out how to reach your hotel in Rome.
